UP PM-PTSP Units in Jagakarsa and Cipedak Promote Service Innovations

The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Units (UP PM-PTSP) in Jagakarsa Sub-district and Cipedak Urban Village held an open house and outreach for their integrated services initiative for Building Approval (PBG) and Accurate and Fast Licensing Service (LAPAC)for the issuance of NIB and Halal certificates.

"It aligns with our current mission to ensure that obtaining permits is easy, timely, and of high quality,"

Jakarta PM-PTSP Agency Deputy Head, Muhammad Herizkianto, expressed full support for the service innovations by the UP PM-PTSP units of Jagakarsa Sub-district and Cipedak Urban Village in improving public access to services.

"This innovation is excellent, as it aligns with our current mission to ensure that obtaining permits is easy, timely, and of high quality," he said during the event held at Jagakarsa Sub-district Office, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (9/9).

Jagakarsa UP PM-PTSP Head, Dexsa Syafrani, explained that the program is designed to offer integrated, fast, and accessible building permit services, particularly for residential housing, which can be accessed from anywhere to save time.

As part of this innovation, Dexsa noted that services include architectural drawings and the issuance of PBG for simple residential building permits that applicants can access remotely.

"We hope this initiative contributes to Jakarta's goal of becoming one of the top 20 global cities," she added.

Meanwhile, Cipedak Urban Village UP PM-PTSP Head, Ahmadra Penta Wardana, shared that LAPAC for NIB and Halal Certificate issuance is designed to support the people's economy through a participatory approach that recognizes and nurtures community potential to foster creativity and independence.

"This service was launched in July 2025. So far, we've issued 63 out of 73 submitted halal certification applications from MSMEs in Cipedak," he mentioned.

He hoped the innovation would be adopted in other regions to help MSMEs secure halal certification more easily and efficiently.

"We hope what we've implemented here will bring a positive impact, especially in boosting the local economy through MSMEs," he said.
